Terms and Conditions:
Membership in The K&N's Way Club Programme is subject to following Terms & Conditions, which may be revised by K&N's Foods (Pvt) Limited (K&N's) at any time.

The K&N’s Way Club membership is open to every household consumer residing in Pakistan. Hotels, restaurants, caterers and all institutions are excluded from membership of The K&N's Way Club.

Membership is non-transferable.

At present, The K&N's Way Club Programme is applicable at the company owned K&N's Chicken Stores. It does not cover third party retail outlets or franchise stores.

To participate in The K&N's Way Club Programme, applicants must submit enrolment form online or submit duly filled forms at a K&N's Chicken Store.

Members, in order to earn points and for points credit in their account, must always present their Club Membership card at the time of purchase at a K&N's Chicken Store. To earn points while availing Free Home Delivery Service you will be required to share your contact number (as registered in enrolment form).

Status points or Award points are non-transferable.

Members, at the time of points redemption, must present their membership card and punch-in their 5-digit confidential PIN code at the K&N’s Chicken Store. Redemption cannot be availed while ordering through Home Delivery Service.

Member shall not disclose their 5 digit PIN to anyone and specifically to any K&N’s employee. K&N’s shall not be responsible for any loss to a member due to unauthorized use of PIN code for redemption of points and other benefits.

Award Points and eVouchers earned during a Calendar Year (January 1 to December 31) will expire on June 30th of the following year. For e.g. Award Points you earn in Feb 2018 shall expire on 30th June 2019. Award Points earned in December 2018 will also expire on 30th June 2019.

Status points earned from 1st January to 31st December each year determine club status in the ensuing calendar year. Higher status is valid for the year in which it was earned, plus an additional period of 12 months of following year. For example, if you attain Silver status in August 2017, your Silver status will be valid until December 31st 2018.

Membership cards shall be dispatched to members within 30 working days from their eligibility date.

K&N's will not be liable for loss of card by a member. Duplicate card shall be issued upon request of customer, against redemption of 150 award points.

Tax liabilities of any and all natures, are not redeemable against earned points. That is any tax leviable on purchase of product shall be payable by the member.

Points shall be awarded on invoice prices, net of Sales Tax, SED or any other Government levies.

K&N's may change The K&N's Way Club Programme rules, regulations, benefits and conditions in whole or part at any time with or without notice, even though the change may affect value of points or awards already earned.

K&N's reserves the right to terminate The K&N's Way Club at any time without prior notification.
