- How do I check my status points if I am a temporary member?
Temporary members can inquire about their points either by calling The K&N's Way Club Member Services Toll Free Number at 0800-11567 or by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- In how many days will I receive my membership card once I attain 500 status points and how?
As soon as members accumulate a total of 500 points, a permanent Member card is issued automatically, which is dispatched to members through courier at the registered mailing address, within 30 working days from their eligibility date, as per terms & conditions of The K&N's Way Club programme. To start earning benefits of the membership, we request you to present this card at any K&N's Chicken Store for activation. Thereafter, you can earn points when ordering through K&N's Free Home Delivery as well.
- How do I utilize the points I collect?
The collected points can be redeemed for free K&N's products. Members can also enjoy special offers that shall be offered from time to time exclusively for our Club members.
- What is the procedure for points redemption?
In order to redeem points, members shall have to fill in a redemption form available at all K&N's Chicken Stores, which can also be downloaded. Members must present their membership card and shall need to punch in their 5-digit PIN at time of points redemption.
- Is the permanent card valid for immediate discounts?
The K&N's Way Club membership cards are not discount cards. There are, however, special discount offers, which include points earning and points redemptions, that are offered from time to time to The K&N's Way Club members.
- How many rupees are equal to one point?
The number of points earned is directly related to purchase amount, K&N's product category and your status within The K&N's Way Club. You earn one status and award point for every Rs 50/ you spend. The following table shall further help understand points earning scheme.
Currently, The K&N's Way Club Programme is valid at K&N's Chicken Stores only.
- Can I use 2 membership cards simultaneously?
Only one membership card is issued for every account number.
- What is the validity of my acquired award points?
Award Points and eVouchers earned during a Calendar Year (January 1 to December 31) will expire on June 30th of the following year.
For e.g. Award Points you earn in Feb 2018 shall expire on 30th June 2019. Award Points earned in December 2018 will also expire on 30th June 2019.
- What is the procedure of replacing a lost card?
Upon receiving a request from a member, Member Services shall issue a duplicate card, against redemption of 150 award points.
